今回は、執行部交代直後に企画をスタートさせたため、本当にバタバタでした。執行部メンバーのみなさんには、初っ端から思いっきりの振り回しようで、ご迷惑をおかけしました。ただ、クラブの方針を示すには、一年の前半に（できるだけ早く）開催するのが効果的だと考え、今回は暴れん坊将軍も真っ青になるぐらい猪突猛進してみました（笑）。ご協力、本当に感謝しています。ありがとうございました。
ブログやSNSでも繰り返しお伝えしている通り、私の任期中は「狩猟文化」をベースにしたクラブの色合いを前面に出していきます。
ロールやカヤックメイキングは、その土台の上にある大切な一要素です。もちろん軽視しているわけではありません。QajaqJPNの活動にとって重要な活動であることは間違いありません。
さて、その第一弾がGUTS2026です。
他のトラディショナルカヤッククラブではなかなか見られない、新しい試みも盛り込んでいますので、どうぞお楽しみに。

This time, we kicked off the planning right after the new executive team took over, so things were really hectic.
I’m sorry for putting the exec members through such a whirlwind right from the start!
But we figured that holding this event early in the year would be the best way to set the tone for the club, so… let’s just say we went full “bull in a china shop” mode (lol).
Huge thanks to everyone who helped make it happen—you’re awesome.

As I’ve said many times on the blog and social media, during my term, the club will put the spotlight on hunting culture as its foundation.
Rolls and kayak-making are an important part of what we do at QajaqJPN, but they always sit on top of our foundation: a respect for hunting culture.

So here we are with GUTS2026, our first big event of the year.
We’ve included some new twists you won’t see at other traditional kayak clubs, so get ready for something special.
